Vifada Management and Social Sciences is a scholarly journal published by Yayasan Vifada Cendikia Indonesia and operates under a double-anonymous peer review system to ensure objectivity, academic rigor, and integrity in the publication process. The journal is published biannually, with issues released in January–June and July–December, and is officially registered with E-ISSN 2987-1999.

To maintain high academic standards, every manuscript submitted to Vifada Management and Social Sciences undergoes a multi-stage evaluation process. The initial screening is conducted by the editorial team to assess the manuscript’s alignment with the journal’s aims and scope, originality, methodological soundness, reference adequacy, compliance with the journal template, and similarity index, which is examined using Turnitin.

Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial assessment are then forwarded to at least two independent expert reviewers under a double-blind review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept strictly confidential. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and scholarly background relevant to the manuscript’s subject area. Their evaluations focus on the manuscript’s scientific contribution, clarity, methodological rigor, and relevance.

The reviewers’ comments and recommendations are communicated to the corresponding author through the editor for revision and response. Based on the reviewers’ feedback and the author’s revisions, the editorial board deliberates to reach a final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection. The final editorial decision is then formally communicated to the corresponding author.

All articles accepted and published in Vifada Management and Social Sciences are made freely and permanently available under an Open Access model and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring broad dissemination, accessibility, and proper attribution of scholarly work.
