About the Journal

Vifada Assumption Journal of Law, with Online ISSN 2987-1263 , is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Yayasan Vifada Cendikia Indonesia . The journal publishes high-quality legal scholarship that contributes to sustainable development at both national and global levels.

Our Mission

The journal encourages critical discussion and innovative research on contemporary legal issues, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Indonesia’s national development agenda.

Submissions and Peer Review

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of Vifada Assumption Journal of Law. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The Editorial Board makes the final decision to accept or reject a manuscript, taking into consideration the reviewers’ recommendations.

Author Guidelines

Authors should carefully read and follow the journal’s author guidelines and use the prescribed manuscript template. Submissions that do not comply with the guidelines or template may be rejected by the editorial team before entering the peer-review process. Only manuscripts that meet the journal’s formatting requirements will proceed to editorial assessment.

Language of Publication

The journal publishes articles in English. We welcome authors to contribute to legal discourse that supports positive change for communities and the environment.

Yayasan Vifada Cendikia Indonesia publishes the Vifada Assumption Journal of Law as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge and academic research among legal practitioners and scholars in the fields of law, politics, economics, and society. The journal focuses on legal principles, regulations, and guidelines that govern various aspects of human behavior and social interaction. Volume 4, Issue 2 of the Vifada Assumption Journal of Law is scheduled for publication from July to December 2026. The editorial board welcomes original manuscripts that have not been previously published or submitted to other publication media. Detailed author guidelines are available in the journal’s menu section.
