Vifada Journal of Education applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability of the journal and to maintain high standards in scholarly publishing. The APC contributes to the management, production, dissemination, and long-term accessibility of published scholarly articles.

APC Rate

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.

Important: Vifada Journal of Education does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or editorial evaluation. Authors are required to pay the APC only after receiving an official acceptance decision from the journal.

Purpose of the APC

The Article Processing Charge is used to support publication-related services, including:

• Editorial management and Open Journal Systems (OJS) operation
• Peer-review coordination and quality control
• Professional copyediting and article layout formatting
• DOI registration through Crossref
• Plagiarism detection and publication ethics screening
• Indexing, metadata management, and digital archiving
• Website hosting, technical maintenance, and server operation

Waiver and Discount Policy

Vifada Journal of Education may provide full or partial APC waivers in justified circumstances, including:

• Authors affiliated with partner or collaborating institutions
• Undergraduate, Master's, or Doctoral students
• Manuscripts resulting from funded research projects
• Authors with limited financial resources

Editorial Independence and Publication Ethics

Payment of the Article Processing Charge has no influence on editorial decisions. All manuscripts submitted to Vifada Journal of Education are evaluated based solely on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and contribution to the field of education.
