Article Processing Charge

Vifada Management and Social Sciences applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability of the journal and to maintain high standards in scholarly publishing.

APC Rate

IDR 3,500,000 per article

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.

The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or editorial evaluation.

Purpose of the APC

The APC is used exclusively to cover publication-related services, including:

Editorial management and Open Journal Systems (OJS) operation
Peer-review coordination and quality control
Professional copyediting and layout formatting
DOI registration through Crossref
Plagiarism detection and ethical screening
Indexing, metadata management, and digital archiving
Website hosting and server maintenance

Waiver and Discount Policy

Vifada Management and Social Sciences may grant full or partial APC waivers in justified cases, such as:

Authors affiliated with partner or collaborating institutions
Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral students
Manuscripts resulting from funded research projects
Authors with limited financial resources

Requests for waivers or discounts must be submitted before the final acceptance decision is issued.

Editorial Independence and Publication Ethics

Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial decisions.
All manuscripts are evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, based solely on academic quality, originality, and relevance.

The journal is committed to international standards of publication ethics and best practices.
