Bagaimana Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru ?

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto yang bersifat korelasional dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, sementara uji hipotesis menggunakan uji - t untuk menguji pengaruh variabel secara parsial serta uji - F untuk menguj pengaruh variabel secara simultan. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan kompetensi pedagogik secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng.
