Bagaimana Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru ?

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng. pun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Instrumen kuesioner diuji dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda untuk melakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah, efikasi diri, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Artinya, ketika Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Efikasi Diri, dan Motivasi Kerja guru semakin baik, maka Kinerja Guru di SMP Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng juga akan semakin baik, namun sebaliknya ketika Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Efikasi Diri, dan Motivasi Kerja kurang baik, maka Kinerja Guru di SMP Kecamatan Citta Kabupaten Soppeng juga akan semakin kurang baik
