Article Processing Charge

Vifada Management and Digital Business (ISSN Online: 3063-8690) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability of its open-access publishing services and to maintain the quality, accessibility, and professional management of scholarly publications in the fields of management, business, and digital business.

IDR 1,500,000

per accepted article

The Article Processing Charge is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been officially accepted for publication.

Important: Vifada Management and Digital Business does not charge authors for manuscript submission, initial editorial screening, or peer-review evaluation. Authors are required to pay the APC only after receiving an official acceptance notification from the Editorial Office.

Purpose of the Article Processing Charge

The Article Processing Charge contributes to the operational and publication costs required to maintain the quality, sustainability, and accessibility of the journal, including:

Editorial management and manuscript administration
Coordination of the peer-review process
Copyediting, proofreading, and article layout preparation
DOI registration and metadata management through Crossref
Similarity checking and publication ethics screening
Indexing preparation and digital archiving
Open Journal Systems (OJS) management and maintenance
Website hosting, server maintenance, and long-term digital accessibility

Open Access Publication

All articles published in Vifada Management and Digital Business are made freely available online to readers without subscription barriers. This open-access model is intended to increase the visibility, accessibility, dissemination, and potential impact of scholarly research in management and digital business.

Waiver and Discount Policy

In certain circumstances, the journal may provide full or partial Article Processing Charge waivers or discounts. Such requests are considered individually based on reasonable academic, institutional, collaborative, or financial grounds.

Authors affiliated with collaborating or partner institutions
Students or early-career researchers with limited publication funding
Authors experiencing demonstrable financial constraints
Other circumstances considered appropriate by the Editorial Office

Requests for APC waivers or discounts should be submitted to the Editorial Office as early as possible. Approval of a waiver or discount is subject to journal policy and does not influence the editorial evaluation of the manuscript.

Editorial Independence

Payment of the Article Processing Charge does not guarantee acceptance or publication and has no influence on editorial decisions.

Manuscripts submitted to Vifada Management and Digital Business are evaluated on the basis of originality, academic quality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution.

Payment Policy

Authors should make payment only after receiving an official Letter of Acceptance or payment instruction issued by the Editorial Office.
