Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen berbasis sekolah dan profesionalisme guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMKS Karya Teknik Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Swasta (SMKS) Karya Teknik Kabupaten Soppeng dengan sampel sebanyak 31 orang guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen berbasis sekolah dan profesionalisme guru secara parisal maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMKS Karya Teknik Kabupaten Soppeng. Artinya, baik buruknya manajemen berbasis sekolah dan profesionalisme guru akan menyebabkan perubahan yang searah kepada tingkat mutu pendidikan di SMKS Karya Teknik Kabupaten Soppeng.
